Based on the 2023-2024 confirmed project schedule and current market trends, we’re forced to be more intentional and selective with the projects we’re best fit for. At this time, we are accepting inquiries for projects within the following scope:

• Custom or spec new builds both in Ohio and nationwide with a minimum budget of $500,000.
• Large-scale renovations with a minimum budget of $150,000 within the state of Ohio/Michigan/Indiana.
• Interior furnishing projects of at least 3 spaces, with little to no existing furniture and a minimum budget of $35,000
• For projects that require travel, we’re accepting custom or spec new builds and large-scale renovation projects ONLY (no interior furnishing), travel fees will apply. At this time, we do not offer virtual or e-design services.
